BGE was looking for its Web site to satisfy the needs of its enthusiastic fan base, a national dealer network, as well as consumers who were looking to the Web to get product information. With this in mind, BZA designed a user interface that was easy to navigate and where any information was no more than two clicks away. “The design and functionality of the site were improved greatly, giving visitors the best possible user experience,” said Barbara Zaccone, President of BZA. “New EGG® users as well as veteran grillers really enjoy the video recipe section. The site also contains grilling tips and tricks, and instruction videos for new EGG users. The site really serves as an extension to the company’s customer service department.” Since its launch, the site has been receiving over 5,000 visitors per day.

In addition to the attention-getting bold graphics and color-rich photographs is a dealer locator function that allows visitors to find a local Big Green Egg dealer. BZA also provided back-end administrative capability that allows BGE to keep the online dealer database up to date.
